Avo Raises $45 million Series B led by Insight Partners

Avo, a vertically integrated residential and office delivery platform, has raised $45 million in Series B funding. Starting in Tel Aviv, Avo has expanded into the US serving thousands of residential communities, corporations, hospitals and universities. They will use this new funding for 1000% growth.

“Our belief is that people shouldn’t be surprised by last-minute fees at checkout. If you’ve ever had the experience of building a $15 cart with a delivery service, only to reach the checkout page and find that the amount has doubled due to fees, you can relate. At Avo, you can order as little as a single avocado, and that’s all you’ll pay for,” shared Dekel Valtzer, CEO and Co-Founder of Avo

“It used to be that if you didn’t have a foundation of internal data to begin with, you’d have a really hard time building datasets for customer, competitor or supplier analysis,” said David Menninger, Research Director & SVP at Ventana Research. “Explorium Starters flips that narrative on its head — it gives every company an entry point to begin analysis by building datasets from thousands of external data signals. The new capability extends Explorium’s end-to-end business solutions across external data access, enrichment, analysis and feature engineering.”
