In order to take our investment decisions, we evaluate the founding team, market size, value proposition, technology and commercial validation. The team is by far the most important factor for us and we take pride in backing first timers.

Our process is fast, transparent and value additive. We work together with founders to complete our due diligence and evaluate the risks the company faces and how to overcome them.

The Operator Platform is designed to help founders with the guidance, network and capital to achieve early market validation and set the right foundations for long term success. Through the platform, founders receive fast-track funding, tailor-made support, customer introductions and access to our community of senior executive advisers who are deeply invested in your success. Our goal is to help you hit the market faster and stronger.

The Operator Platform is the next evolution of The Junction, the original platform our partners established in 2011 to support Israeli founders. Over the years, The Junction has helped launch successful startups like Appsflyer, Honeybook, CyberX, Darrow, and 4M Analytics, among many others. Today, a growing roster of founders from the Operator Platform joins hundreds of alumni from The Junction in a vibrant community dedicated to "paying it forward" to support new founders in practical and impactful ways.

Our investment process generally follows five steps:

1. First meeting with our team. In advance of our first meeting, we will review any materials you want to share. This will help us ask the right questions to ensure there is a fit.
2. Follow up meetings with our team. Follow up meetings mean we are genuinely interested in your startup and want to learn more. You will meet additional team members to address questions and discuss the opportunity and risks. It’s also our chance to share more about F2 and how we can help.
3. Meetings with industry specialists. Over the last 25 years, we have had the privilege to work with founders across every sector. We will match you with domain experts from our network who help us to build conviction and respond efficiently.
4. Meeting with our Investment Committee. Our general partners comprise the investment committee of the fund. We will invite you to share the entire story and address the questions that have come up in our process.
5. Final Decision. We take all investment decisions as a team by unanimous vote of the General Partners. Our goal is to give you our investment decision soon thereafter.
