VOOM Launches the World’s First Digital Insurance Solution for Light Planes
Together with Israel’s largest aviation broker, Aerospace Insurance Brokers, VOOM’s product, Skywatch.ai has expanded its general aviation operations by providing digital insurance solutions for all members of the Israeli Light Aircraft Association (ILSA).

Zero Networks Chosen for Deloitte’s First Launchpad Program In the US
Deloitte has launched their first US Launchpad, a new program aimed to help Israeli startups in the complex process of expanding into and conquering the American market by providing founders support and access to Deloitte’s global network and resources. Zero Networks is one of the seven startups who were chosen for the program after a vigorous screening process led by a committee of 28 Deloitte Partners and Managing Directors in Israel and the US.

Alcide Gets Acquired by US Company Rapid 7 for $50 Million
The American Cyber giant, Rapid 7, announced the acquisition of Junction alum, Alcide.IO Ltd, which provides a cloud-native security platform from code to production to continuously secure workloads running in Kubernetes. As part of their agreement, Alcide, which employs 30 people, will function as Rapid 7’s Israeli development center. Rapid 7 is traded on Nasdaq at a valuation of $4.5 billion and this is its first acquisition of an Israeli company. Though the companies did not disclose the value of the deal, it is estimated at around $50 million.

Swapp Raises $7 Million to Automate Construction Planning With AI
Another Junction alum, Swapp announced that it raised $7 million in venture capital. The company plans to put the funds toward “continued market expansion” and growing its platform’s AI capabilities.
