Shira leads operations at F2, overseeing the fund’s administrative functions, F2’s Operator Platform, and industry events. Before joining F2, Shira was the Managing Director at Project Rails, where she helped integrate developers from underprivileged communities into top tech companies like Google and NVIDIA. At Intel IGNITE, she played a key role in building and managing global operations across three branches, driving projects that expanded the program’s reach.
Earlier in her career, Shira worked at Dori Media Group, managing the pre-production of multiple TV dramas, and served as a Sergeant in the Israeli Navy Seals Training Unit. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Psychology from Reichman University.
